SHIPPING  MEAT

We use a sturdy shipping cooler and cold packs/dry ice to assure that your meat arrives in good condition. 

We ship on Mondays.  We will not ship if the shipment will be delayed in transit due to a holiday.

Ground shipping is suggested for those who are close to Indiana.  If your shipping location is not in the next day delivery area than Overnight deliverly is available.

We will typically use UPS for our shipping, but may use alternative shipping companies at times.

We guarantee that our meat will arrive to you in good condition.  Sometimes there may be some unforeseen problems and a shipment could arrive late and therefore thawed.  Our policy is that if the problem is our fault or our shippers fault, we will replace your order at our cost.  However, if the problem is an error due to the purchaser or the recipient's part (given as a gift) including, but not limited to an incorrect address supplied, receiver not home or order left out and/or stolen, ruined or damaged after delivery, we will not replace the shipment.

Please remember that the product is perishable and must be delivered, received, and put in the freezer, by the end of the scheduled delivery day.
