Shopping by mail or the Internet requires trust in the merchant.  We will do our very best to earn your confidence on every order.

We will always provide the best quality we can find and back it up with our guarantee.

You must be satisfied or we will promptly replace the item or refund your money, less shipping charge.  It's as simple as that.

CLAIMS  POLICY

All claims need to be made directly with the delivering carrier.  Please keep both the ORIGINAL CARTON and the PACKING for carrier’s inspection.  All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

RETURN  POLICY

Please call or write for details and return authorization.

We guarantee no hassle when you need to return items within 15 days of receipt.  If it is not right for your project contact us and we will make it right or refund your money.

  • All items must meet your approval or purchase price (less shipping) will be refunded.  Your return shipping will also be refunded if it was our error, but all returns need an authorization from us before you return it.
  • Return the item(s) in original condition within 15 days.
  • Returns must include a copy of your invoice and a statement of your desire for a prompt refund, credit or replacement.
  • We cannot, however, accept any returns made to our Trading Post that arrive COD.
  • After 15 days, returns may be subject to restocking charges.

SHIPPING  MEAT

We use a sturdy shipping cooler and cold packs/dry ice to assure that your meat arrives in good condition. 

We ship on Mondays.  We will not ship if the shipment will be delayed in transit due to a holiday.

Ground shipping is suggested for those who are close to Indiana.  If your shipping location is not in the next day delivery area than Overnight delivery is available.

We will typically use UPS for our shipping, but may use alternative shipping companies at times.

We guarantee that our meat will arrive to you in good condition.  Sometimes there may be some unforeseen problems and a shipment could arrive late and therefore thawed.  Our policy is that if the problem is our fault or our shipper’s fault, we will replace your order at our cost.  However, if the problem is an error due to the purchaser or the recipient's part (given as a gift) including, but not limited to an incorrect address supplied, receiver not home or order left out and/or stolen, ruined or damaged after delivery, we will not replace the shipment.

Please remember that the product is perishable and must be delivered, received, and put in the freezer, by the end of the scheduled delivery day.
